Vital Albin wins twice
Vital Albin has made a perfect start to the second half of the season. He won his home race, the Bike Marathon Lumnezia, on the last two weekends and followed it up with a double in the C2 race of the Argovia Cup in Langendorf with an extremely strong line-up!
Because there is a real summer gap in the international bike calendar this year, Vital Albin took the opportunity to compete in his home region, Val Lumnezia. In a hard-fought duel, he relegated Ursin Spescha to second place. Daniel Widmer came third.
Just one week later, the C2 race took place in Langendorf as part of the Argovia Cup. Albin won again against extremely strong competition and secured his second victory of the season within a week. Fabio Püntener and Luca Schätti finished 2nd and 3rd respectively. Lars Forster crossed the finish line on the 5th place.
