The trip to Brasil ends with a highlight for Alessandra Keller from Nidwalden. She dominated the XCO-race over long stretches and was rewarded with a great fourth place. After a brief lead in the men’s race, Mathias Flückiger subsequently paid tribute to his health problems.

The Swiss mountain bike team “Thömus maxon” launched the new season yesterday, Thursday, February 29, at the Swiss Bike Park in Oberried. Forster crashes with the podium in sight

Lars Forster had the podium in sight, but made a mistake shortly before the finish and brought himself down. Alessandra Keller did not achieve a top result, but was able to secure second place in the overall XCC World Cup standings.
